Description
- Present customers uponarrival with the menu assist in their item selection take ordersand serve food in a timely manner
- Communicateefficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guaranteecustomer satisfaction and liaise with other departments to ensuresmooth running of operations
- Arrange tablesetups before and after each customer according to the brands setstandards
- Make sure the staff is providing afriendly professional and timely service at all times and reportimmediately any discrepancies / customer complaints to the Manager onduty
- Collect bill payments from customers andhand them over to thecashier
Qualifications
